- The existing Texan Eye Center was completed at just under 5000 SQFT for the new Texas State Optical location in Georgetown Texas.
- In Hutto, DRC renovated the historical building that now houses One Eleven venue space, 10th Collection, and East Social House.
- In Taylor, DRC renovated the existing Graef Veterinary Clinic and developed the new 3200 SQFT boarding Facility.
- In Round Rock, DRC completed the new 3000 SQFT Sam Bass Veterinary Clinic off of 620, west of IH35.
- Also in Round Rock, Teco-Westinghouse renovations of bathrooms and interior commercial space is completed annually.
- In Austin and Kyle, DRC completed the new Kid to Kid locations, specializing in kids resale.
